Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Boxing Coaching Sessions

At Marksman Boxing Coaching, we value your commitment to improving your boxing skills, and we aim to provide you with the best possible coaching experience. To ensure that all clients receive the time and attention they deserve, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

If you do not provide any notice of cancellation or reschedule the session within 4 hours before the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged.

 

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and the full session fee will be charged.

Clients who have two or more "no-shows" may be required to prepay for future sessions or be placed on a probationary period for booking further sessions.

 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late to your session, your session time will not be extended, and you will still be charged for the full session length.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show" and the full session fee will apply.

Emergencies and Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis and may waive the fee or provide flexibility, depending on the circumstance.

Communication:

Please notify us of any changes to your schedule via phone or email.

We encourage you to confirm your session 24 hours in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
