Schools & Community Boxing Programmes
Getting Fighting Fit Without Getting Hit
Boxing shaped my life, and now I use it to shape the lives of young people.
Through Marksman Non-Contact Boxing, I deliver community and school programmes that build fitness, focus, and confidence in a safe environment.
This isn’t about fighting — it’s about giving children and young people the discipline, structure, and self-belief that boxing teaches without stepping into a ring.
Community Kids Sessions
My community sessions are built to:
-
Improve confidence and resilience
 -
Develop focus, discipline, and respect
 -
Build fitness through fun, structured activities

These are non-contact classes, giving kids the benefits of boxing without the risks of sparring or competition.
Enrichment Programmes in Schools
I partner with schools to deliver enrichment programmes that engage students who benefit most from structured, confidence-building activities.
-
Delivered during the school day or as an after-school club
 -
Designed for pupils who need extra support in discipline, focus, and resilience
 -
Tailored to SEN students and selected pupils who thrive with structure and encouragement
 -
Runs under my motto: “Getting fighting fit without getting hit”

Why Non-Contact Boxing Works
