Most parents want their children to be more confident, focused, and disciplined, but not every sport suits every child. That’s where boxing — especially non-contact boxing — can change everything.

I’m Aarron Morgan, a Licensed BBBofC Trainer and former professional boxer. I’ve worked with young people across Essex for more than a decade, helping them build belief, self-control, and pride through structured training.

Our Marksman Non-Contact Boxing Classes at Drake Road Community Centre, Chafford Hundred, are designed for exactly that — getting kids fighting fit without getting hit.

What You’ll See in 4 Weeks

Parents are often surprised by how quickly boxing transforms their child’s attitude. Within four weeks, you’ll notice:

  • New enthusiasm: kids look forward to training nights and talk about what they’ve learned

  • Improved focus: they follow instructions better and stay switched on at school

  • Greater confidence: holding their guard, moving with purpose, and believing in themselves

  • Better discipline: learning respect, time-keeping, and teamwork

These aren’t just gym results — they are life lessons delivered through structured training.

Why Non-Contact Boxing Works So Well for Kids

Many parents hesitate because they think boxing means being punched. Ours doesn’t. Marksman Non-Contact Boxing focuses on:

  • Footwork, coordination, and movement drills

  • Pad work and technical routines

  • Controlled fitness games

  • Team challenges that build communication and respect

Children learn the art of boxing without ever taking a punch. It’s confidence and discipline without the risk.

Class Details

Our community classes run every Wednesday at Drake Road Community Centre, Chafford Hundred:
